The Great Office Bake Off: With remote work here to stay, HR teams will need to get creative to maintain company culture. Expect virtual baking competitions to become the new team-building exercise. Who knew that perfecting your soggy bottom or crisping (burning) a perfect top will become key performance indicators in 2025?
AI: The Ultimate Yes-Person. As artificial intelligence continues to infiltrate the workplace, HR professionals might find themselves mediating disputes between humans and their AI machines/robot colleagues. "No, Dave, the coffee machine is not plotting against you. It's just programmed to be passive-aggressive."
